    “Your father might be coming tonight.”

    That settled two things. Since my parents filed for divorce a few weeks ago, I was wondering if what I’d seen about divorce on TV and in movies was accurate. (Not the parents-trying-to-outdo-each-other-in-competing-for-affection thing. I’m too old for that….

    This all happened.  Also, it was one of the most fun nights I’ve had at home in recent memory…

    32. blairsings said: Sounds like you and I are in a similar spot. My parents first separated in September of 2010. That was really rough. Then they got back together. And then in February they split up for good. Divorce was final last week.
